Could you let me know your device you are using as well and confirm you have 2gb free space. The team cannot restore your progress as that is stored on your device, but I can feed it back…

Good morning @1603Olga and a warm welcome to our Pet rescue community. If your game before was previously logged in with Facebook, you just need to go to the log in screen and use Facebook with your current details and progress will be restored. Assuming you are using the same Facebook account and not a new one?
