Good morning @1603Olga and a warm welcome to our Pet rescue community. If your game before was previously logged in with Facebook, you just need to go to the log in screen and use Facebook with your current details and progress will be restored. Assuming you are using the same Facebook account and not a new one?

I think the best thing for now might be for you to contact player support from within the game as they are likely to see it quicker and can feed it back to the studio. When you have used all your lives, you click on the little plus icon in the top left corner of your screen and it will bring your friends list up. As far as I know, you ask from there π
