I cannot help as Lynette is the expert, not me. But sometimes it helps to take a break and then the game seems to take pity on you. In my experiance anyway!

Ah I just answered you on the other thread. I will ask our CM but we haven't had a lot of reports other than the usual. They are rolling out a new update so it could be because of that. It is fine don't worry, it is always better to check as they can see when things have been successful or not. As to the event, I assume its because not everybody gets all events. The same as with the others. But I will ask the cm 🤗

I checked with the team, it was maybe added before you checked? This was the response I had "The 40 gold bars were correctly added to their game 23/02 at 14:17:23 CEST"
