@PummyRaj Bluestacks is a programme that you download and allows you to play games that you can normally only play on mobiles, by making it think the computer is a phone. Not needed this time though as you say. π€

Hello and a warm welcome to the community. Are you playing on the browser version of the game? At which point is it telling you it has no connection? Do you have access to the windows 10 app? I ask that as the browser seems to have a connection fault right now but the community manager has been made aware of it.

Hi and welcome. Yes the windows app is what I play the game on too! It's always a better alternative I think personally. You can log in with your Facebook account there as well for progress.

Teeheehee you sound like me. I actually use a non king game on mine but it's not brand new now (2018) so it just crashes and crashes and so I end up just letting little one use it mostly. I can deal with crashing but saving progress is vital. Especially in a farming game and it doesn't. Too many tests running and it can'tβ¦

I think the king acc you always could but Facebook meant you had to use that one. mines still my kingdom acc so I won't change it π
