Sorry, not everyone gets Petopia which is worse if you don't want it, but unfortunately they cannot remove it at this point. It wasn't due to be released until next week so we are not sure whats happened!

With all due respect, strongly worded emails for a free event that might be just glitching...isn't going to get it fixed faster than it would be. It might possibly be because Petopia has been released too early. Whether intentional or not, we don't know yet.

It probably is, as petopia has shown up early for some accounts. I just wanted to say though as regarding switching groups, it is an internal group so you woudn't know if you had or not. Its random and they do shuffle them now and again so other players get a chance to play them. It doesn't sound like it is this time…
