Because its more of a browser related issue and they don't tell King when they update. Its really annoying I agree. Which browser are you using? Others have reported they moved to Edge and it worked there?

To confirm it works on edge? We always suggest trying a different browser but I suspect sometimes people say they have and they haven't.

Unfortunately its whenever Facebook and browsers "update" Have you tried using a different browser? Someone else reported when they moved to Microsoft edge it worked on there.

Unfortunately its more of a browser/Facebook issue, but we have reported it to the community team. We will mention it again though 🤗

We are so sorry, there should have been an update that has gone out to reduce them all to 12, but for some reason its reverted. We have reported it, but there won't be anyone around until the working week starts. We will ask again though for you all.

Hi @vthake just to double check, you tried a different browser too?Someone said if they have any other tabs open, even if its not related to the game or facebook, it won't stop until they close all other tabs. Have you made sure there are no other tabs open? We have reported it but unfortunately we haven't had an update…
