Ok, I think @Lynette has passed this over to the community manager, so we will see if we can find out what to suggest. If you are backed up (progress) sometimes a reinstall might help, but you will lose any saved boosters so that's usually a last resort.

Have you got 2GB free space too?

It's an android but they haven't said which one.
