Hi @Bunnies1 and welcome to the community! What exactly is it you are trying to buy? Have you tried logging out of the game, restarting your device and logging back into it again? If this doesn't work, try switching networks. Maybe phone network instead of wifi?

Its because they are dividing players up between groups so it depends which group you are in. You should get some at some point but we don't know when as its random.

Our farm manager did say that she could compensate you for any you lose. But it might not be as many as you lose if you have a lot saved. I am so sorry, nobody seems to know why nothing is working. Its unusual ☹

@KeepTrying you're playing on the windows app right? Our farm manager has asked if you have tried reinstalling the app? It's usually a last resort but you've tried everything else.
