Oh I'm sorry to see that Anya, do you mean you just get the loading screen and nothing happens? if not, could you add a screenshot so we can report it? Im assuming you have 2gb free for the game? Which device are you playing on and do you connect via the kingdom or Facebook?

The new hero mode is here to stay we have been told @witchypaws however, as with all new features, this can be improved. I don't particularly like it either as it is now. However, I love the game too much to quit for this. The studio are listening to feedback on ways it could be better.

is it the gold bars you have at the top of the screen? Or is it when trying to collect from the 1,2,3 grow pet? It might be that has ended in which case tvat would throw up the connection issue.
