Unfortunately we have nothing to do with timings I'm sorry so we don't know. Sometimes logging out/back in... sometimes switching from the kingdom log in to Facebook log in (or vice versa) as long as your accounts are synced can make them appear. Always worth a try ๐

Hi @maevand6 the best thing to do in this circumstance is send a message through to player support via your game (if on a device) and let them know which ad it is and they can feed it back to the relevent department ๐
