I am sorry, I think the best thing to do is to contact player support from within the game and tell them whats happening. Make sure you select lost items to get to the right team.

When you say disappeared from your game, can you still request lives from the heart icon? I know the studio are trialling an update where the friends list has gone from after we have played a level.
