Me neither! I am so sorry. I do suspect it could be something to do with having a lot of boosters. Can you try exiting the game completely, going into your phone storage, and finding pet rescue and clearing cache (not data!!) once cache is cleaned, restart and see if that helps? Your android version is updated too isn't it?

Hi @LadyRich and welcome to the community. The best thing to do in this case would be to contact player support from within the game as they can look into your account and see what has happened. You can find it via the ingame menu 😊

Hi @necerz and welcome to the community. The studio recently made a change in order to help the stability of the game amongst other things and now not everyone gets all the events each time. It might be that this time you are not part of the group that gets it at this point. It doesn't matter you won't in future!

Hi and welcome to the community! You don't need the videos to compete, many of us don't have them. But unfortunately we cannot request who gets them and who does not as it is random. You might one day though and they might not have them then 😊

Hi and welcome to the community! I am sorry this was missed until now. Not everybody gets all events, however sometimes a simple logging out and then back in works. Or in my case, I had to log out of facebook and log into the kingdom. Then they appeared.
