Welcome @suhuna you mean on your game? Are you logging in via the kingdom or Facebook?

Ok so the community manager has asked if the progress is being saved, either by the kingdom or by Facebook. And if so, if you would mind trying a reinstall. Clear temp files and restart your computer before you install it back in, see if that helps! You will lose boosters but at this point, you cannot use them anyway 😔
