Good afternoon. What device are you playing on please and have you updated recently? It might be that you need to go to player support but when I have the information from you, I will check with our community manager 🤗

There is no update in the App Store? It doesn't always auto update 🙂

Then you need to check to see if there is an update (assuming you are playing on a device) otherwise no issues are fixed and the games not updated. if playing on Facebook directly, it's done for you 🙂

@Vladislav777 and @Federico457 could we have your device models and have you updated your games?

@Debi4usa are you still having issues with it? if so I need to check which device you have and if the game is on its recent update 😊

Yes! I mean there are some that don't have fans in the base but when you think how warm it gets, having it on a surface like that will make it warmer. You can get laptop trays or a little table maybe? We don't want you to be at risk too!!
