You wouldn't receive any rewards from your screenshot until after you start the level. The rewards from the streak apply to the level after you start it, you get a bunch of boosters.

You can try replaying the level and also signing out of your account and back in within the app to see if that helps!

It sounds like your app or device is not saving data. Once you accept the terms once, you shouldn’t have to again. Try rebooting your phone!
