It sounds like your app is not properly connecting to the internet. Try to sign out of your account within the app and back in to see if this helps!

Hi there, most higher levels start off very hard for a few weeks until the developers come back and make them easier. Sorry for this!

It's possible that the event was removed during the Christmas event.

You can also try signing out and back into your account within the King app to see if that helps.

Your King account records and saves your progress. You will need to sign on with the King account and email address tied to that King account on your devices. Cheers :)

Hi there, unfortunately the upper tier of levels are very hard for a few weeks, and then the developers will come in and make them easier.

Also, make sure you app is up to date so you can download the new features :)

You can only get a certain amount of points per week. Make sure to play a level and send loves to friends every week
