The ads are a part of A/B tests which means that some players have some features while others do not, this changes from time to time so hopefully you'll have ads back in your game soon.

Oh you meant the icons for the level! Well that's a nice suggestion - I think there will be some bigger changes coming soon in terms of the main background as well - so we'll see how the icons fit in there too!

Hey there and thanks for letting us know @Lindagames! Obviously we don't want to show these types of ads in the game, would you be able to let us know your Player ID and roughly when you saw this ad so we can make sure it doesn't pop-up again? How can I find my player ID

Hey there that's pretty odd, did it get sorted for you later? It could've just been that it didn't sync properly. But if you login to your King account and restart the app with internet connection it should show the latest level that you have completed.

Hm that's odd! Have you checked that you have the latest version of Farm and a good internet connection? I think it's good to restart the app as well. It should be active until the 2nd - but otherwise it will come back with the next upcoming season π€

Got it, thank you again for being so patient and understanding with this. I'm feeling a bit more confident that we'll be able to improve levels in Farm - partly because of your feedback, but I won't be happy until we see more positive reactions in the community. π€

For those levels with low number of moves, do you happen to remember something that is especially tricky to solve the level? Others have mentioned different combinations of blockers - has it been similar for you? Thanks for leaving feedback here!
