Hi @leeannpoulsen and welcome to the Community! If you do not receive lives from your friends, it is very possible that your friends do not play the game too frequently, or they do not play at all! There is also a possibility for them to play the game, but not take care about sending lives to friends.

Hi everybody! There are a few more reports lately about this issue, and all of them are related with iphones! Maybe the problem is some setting on the iphones! I use android and the downloaded app on win 11. Both of them keep connection with fb without any problem!
