Just like @christinewupp has mentioned, this is a glitch we know of that should have been taken care of so please make sure you have the latest game app version installed, restart your device and give the level another try. In the meantime, I'll let the studio know the issue is back form some so they can investigate π

It seems that something might have gone wrong with your rewards. Here in the Community we do not have access to compensate for any items you have not been able to collect so i this case, it would be best to reach out to Player Support team. You can do this directly from the game app, follow the instructions from thisβ¦
