@Kaz08 Try deleting your entire web based cache and if you are using a desktop or laptop be sure to delete the Microsoft cache as well. Then reload BW3S and it should take the updated version of the game. Hope this helps. If it does not then do work with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you. Stella_1

@Darlene06 Have you tried clearing your browser cache on your iPhone or Android device. That usually solves the problem of loading the new update BWS3 releases. Hope this suggestion helps. Stella_1

@maf34100 Customer support can help you out. For me I had to clear my desk top PC caches completely on MS10 and on my web browser and then upload the current latest version of BW3S.
