What troubleshooting have you done exactly?

Don't know but considering that it's a new feature being trialed, it's not surprising to hear that there might be some issues with it as it is now. 

Nice you managed to get it sorted, yeah if you don't have the levels the best thing to do as you did is check the store and download it manually if you don't have automatic updates set up. 

If you've completed level 80 but it's not allowing you to pass then you must be at a roadblock. You can either request help from friends, use 9 gold or wait 72 hrs for it to unlock and proceed.

Wait, what? 2255 has been out several weeks?? My game on Facebook only goes up to 2240. If you are on level 2255 then you might have some sort of early access.

I'd hold off playing this one or maybe play it straight from Facebook or King.com if you can, maybe the issues doesn't affect those. It's been reported and is apparently being looked into: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-2167-1309779474

How did you get through 2210?

A lot of people don't have this and seeing as its is a new feature it looks to be in trial, which would make sense why not all of the content is available yet. 

Other continents haven't been unlocked. This is a new feature which looks to be in trial so it's likely that not all of the content is in there yet.

Are you friends sending you help from Facebook or from Kingdom? If it says you're email is not registered I'd be a little worried, did it ask you to create an account or anything?
