Did you start these events on your old phone or is that you've not seen them since you've changed phone? Check that your game is still connecting to Facebook or Kingdom, without being connected you don't get access to them so could be worth troubleshooting…

Do you also have the Facebook app installed? If you have access to a PC I'd go to the FB site and load up the game there in the account you play to double check where it has you synced at.

Unless you paid for those lives, I doubt it as the game gives you a life every 30 mins for free.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

It can get delayed sometimes and doesn't always arrive as soon as the event is over. I've had that happen to me a few times, especially in Soda saga. Did the 2hrs life come through in the end?

If you didn't actively connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will never have been backed up on server. If there's no back up, restoration isn't an option.
