Try login out of Facebook, close the game, reopen and sign into Facebook again and it should reappear again.

Do they not start to fall once you've removed the popcorn pieces which block the dispensers? 

When you say play-time, are you talking about the unlimited lives? It sounds like an error to me if your getting rewards without completing any events! I think this may be the first time that I'm jealous to not have an issue lol. 

You can attach screenshots by using the 2nd icon on left just above the reply box. You should see 3 of them there, the first for links, second for pictures and third for video clips.

If you check the game on Facebook directly, what level do you appear to be synced at?
