So what needs fixing in the level exactly, the score required to pass or are you saying the board is shuffling saying there is no combination possible when there are?

If you have Windows 10 then go into the Windows store and look for the game apps to install. If you don't have W10 or have a mac, you won't be able to install it and will have to run it through a browser from FB or King.com directly.

May be a blunder from the App Store, 1.21.2 was the last update version. I'm on Android with app version 1.22.2 and the new levels are there.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. If you never connected, there won't be anything to restore.
