That's normal Kat, the levels are only out for FB and King at the moment, the levels need to be converted and optimised for mobile/tablet platform first and then they'll be released.

I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure the answer is nothing, you only get things from a minimum of 4 matching and combining special candies together.

Does this happen to you regularly Miranda? Have you done any troubleshooting steps or un-installed re-installed the app? If you let me know what mobile you have, I can have a hunt around and see if there anything known or that you can do to stop this from happening.

From what I understood, you get a wrapped candy in the next level you play after completing the previous, it's not added to your tally of boosters, it's added in the game board, no?

Your progress is saved on a server once connected to either FB or Kingdom, but this does not include additional items, they are stored locally on the device, hence why you don't see them on your Note 4. Don't worry, if you've purchased items you can go to the setting menu where you will find "Restore purchases".
