If you don't have more than 2 friends playing, that is tricky. You can always connect your game to Kingdom in order to get help from other players, you don't need to befriend them first and people are all there for the same reason, unlike on Facebook.

Any purchased items can be recovered through the "restore purchases" option in the game settings, though everything else won in the game is not covered by that.

That I know of, only purchased boosters can be restore through the "restore purchases" option in the game settings, anything won is not covered by that though.

No idea on how to fix this unfortunately but the moderators have been made aware of this issue, it only seems to be affecting Android tablet users, a fix should be coming in the next update hopefully.

That does seem a bit silly if you haven't got the levels yet, but the only way your friends can be further than you is if they play on Facebook whilst you play on tablet, FB is always ahead (and always has been) in terms of level releases since the it's the first platform it's made for, then levels are converted and…

There is a restore purchases option in the game settings, I was advised to do that when I lost my phone and it worked, but it didn't restore any of the ones I got free from the wheel though FYI.

Sharing the basic info of your tablet (brand, model and OS) it would be very useful to highlight your problem to the community here, and if possible, capture a video of it. This info could help someone identify the problem you are facing.
