The restore purchases function will only restore items purchased with money such as gold bars and items that are part of a pack, as far as I know free lives and gifts does not count as a purchase.

I'm a bit confused about the new password you mention, are you talking about your Facebook password? And by reloading Facebook, do you mean you restarted it or that you un-installed and re-installed it?

I don't think so as my friend has never bought anything and got the jackpot once! The thing I thought at first was that I had a 1 in 8 chance of landing on the jackpot, but it's clearly not the case, the odds must be the same as winning the lottery!

There should be an X in the top right corner that you can tap on to close the offer pop-up, at least that's how I got rid of offer pages.

Normally if you connected your game on your old iPhone to FB or Kingdom, you should be able to log into either of them again on your new iPhone and carry on where you left off.

What do you mean by "I did not play for the game"? The secondary wheel usually spins automatically and cost 6 gold bars to stop it.

You can restore any purchases made by using the "restore purchase" function in the game settings.
