Best thing to do in that case is to take a screenshot and attach it to your post, this way it'll get picked up by the moderators for investigation probably.

Did you manage to get all 3 bears over the candy line? It's quite a tricky level if you keep the colour bomb too long

Yeah it's pretty much impossible to pass with that bug at the moment, moderators seem to have answered a few of these posts so I believe a fix is on the way once they've finished investigating.

By looking at other similar post it seems the moderators have been made aware of this issue, If past experience is anything to go by, they'll need to investigate as usual and once it's ready a fix will be rolled out in the next update. Lets hope it's soon!

Yeah it does seem to be a glitch on level 949. By looking at other posts on here it's been two days since this has been highlighted, moderators have acknowledged it so It's safe to say that they are investigating it.

Yeah I've got the same thing, a work around is to open settings or Dreamworld and then go back, sometimes it sends me back to the top but not every time. Good news is a fix is on the way!

Closing it should make no difference as it does connect to the store when you buy lives or boosters, it only connects to the store for me when I buy gold. Whats confusing is that you lost 24 gold bars when refilling lives only costs 9 bars.

Have you tried playing in a different browser? It's the quickest way to rule out browser related issues, i'd try that first.
