I think the page with the details only pops up when you load the game so i'd try that. I would try myself but I lost my phone last night :(

Normally you should use the same app you used to restore the backup you made.

You'll have to play on either Facebook or King.com, it's not available on mobile.Also it looks like its another AB test (as i cannot see it in my game) so it's not definite that you will get it. Check and see, I have my fingers crossed for you :)

Target number for which, level 386 or for 387? If you've got 3 stars for 386, the target score can't be that unrealistic surely? What is the target number you're seeing exactly?

The only thing I could find which helps is to watch videos of others completing the level and see if you can find a strategy. Doesn't work all the time, but it has helped me a fair few times. Yeah sometimes it does seem impossible to bring down some of the ingredients, but don't lose hope! What goes up, must come down :)
