  • No need to panic, the email icon will not automatically appear by itself, you need to click on "Ask a Question"at the top and post your issue (and not as a comment on someone else's post) and you will be contacted by an admin, that's when the icon will appear. I took them a couple of days but I got my rewards in the end. :)

  • Looks like you and I were part of the unlucky B group (this time anyway)... I've asked around and got it confirmed that these promotions are part of an A/B test, which is why not everyone received it. In the future they plan to roll out these promotions to everyone.

  • Yeah it's easy, all you need to do is connect your game to Kingdom or Facebook so that your progress is stored on a server. when you open the game on your new phone you just connect to which ever one you chose and your levels will be there waiting for you :)

  • I think you'll have to fiddle with the Adobe Flash Player settings in Control Panel before you play Farm Heroes, you probably just need to tick a box that allows the information to be stored so that it doesn't request it when you load the game.

  • You'll receive a message in game when it happens (so i have been told). the thing is for now King are still doing A/B tests with the challenges so not everyone received it... like myself :( but hopefully soon that will change :)
