seems like there are a lot casualties this year due to late tokens. I honestly think you might still have a chance in final round. Also, as your opponent isn’t too much faster, I think you could wait to see if their score starts jumping before you play your token

Un fortunately, I was forced to play a token in the end. Joined with about a 50k deficit to start off with due to late joining, and both of my opponents used multiple tokens in that time. The latest being about 3 hours left. I really gave it my all those last 3 hours, but I could not make up the difference in the end.…

I late started about 2 hours ago. Unfortunately, it seems to be less effective this round because of how slow leaderbaord are filling up. When I started, there were people who joined at least 18 hours ago, and only 28 people on it!

You might not think it's possible, but I actually have 2 accounts (on different devices) that made it through first final knockouts with all 6 multiplier tokens (and 4 accounts total).

I’m on US west Coast and got up at 5:20 am to do this actually (wanted to be up to check on the other accounts anyway and make sure they were making it). Also going to have to do the same for finak knockouts 2 and 3

it would be pretty funny yea, I might be able to get this account to final knockouts while only being on level ~100 (on 81 right now)

I decided to try registering as late as possible again for Final Knockouts. Joined with about 40 min left in the round, and only 7 people had joined the leaderboard, some with oflfine times up to an hour ago. It stayed at 7 the entire time I was there, and I was forced to use a multiplier token, but I was able to qualify.…

The reverse actually happened to me. The account that joined about 16 hours in had to get to around 20k for third place (first place at 50k), while the account that joined 14 hours in only had to get to around 10k for 3rd place (and around 20k for first). So I don't think 2 hour difference is much of a correlation.

I once again tried joining 2nd knockouts with only 15 min left in the round. I was able to qualify easily again, but the results were VERY STRANGE. First of all, only 7 players total made it on the leaderboard, does this mean that no one else was even joining at this time? Second, the player in 3rd went from not being on…

I'm getting a very similar experience on my accounts as well. People not having played in many hours despite 3rd being so close. (I'm still watching and will keep playing if necessary).
