Some players who have never spent any money on offers in the game get offered to watch ads to get up to five extra moves at the end of some failed levels (but not all). Not all players get them and there is nothing players can do to get them. If your account has not seen any ads by level 8344 you are unlikely to get them.

I doubt it. They have spent three years rewriting levels and algorithms to make purple collections cheat proof. All this work would be wasted if they changed it now. There are still some levels with just three colours that produce cascades and can be used to gain significant scores for blue, green or orange collections.…

You need to contact the company that holds your payment details for a refund. If this happens to you frequently I would suggest you do not make any more purchases in this game.

If you think someone hacked your payment account you need to contact the company that holds your credit card details and reset your password, (eg. Google, Apple, Paypal or Facebook). Unauthorised charges should be reported to them, not here. Has anyone other than you got access to your phone?
