Hi @Angela4321. It’s happening to everyone. Just play the level, win it, close the game immediately after, open it and it should’ve gone to the next level. A real pain.

Hi @rjds. We have had the same issue on Pet Rescue Saga recently. Every time they add new levels, the game will get stuck on the last previous level. One thing that you can do to fix it is to play and win the level where you’re stuck, then close the game and open it again, it should’ve jumped to the next level. Good luck!
