@wafercookieflippers As you can see from the link you posted this event is available only in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, UK, Sweden, USA, Netherlands, Japan, Canada, Brazil, and Argentina. I am happy for these players who have a chance to get new Tiffi's costume 🤗
