It's super annoying. For those of us with sound sensitivities it's painful. I used to play candy crush in bed whilst winding down with my noise cancelling headphones playing pink or brown noise. Just like 1000s of other folks no doubt. Then my head explodes because an advert with no sound control blasts over my headphones…

Players who've not purchased boosters have contributed monetarily by watching billions of adverts over the decade which is another important source of revenue for King.
