It was very interesting to see evil carnivorous plants attacking the Candy Kingdom in Petal Peril on a Year of the Snake! Especially when they're green, long and hungry! The giant carnivorous plant also honestly reminded me of Denize. She has gaping jaws and a long, spiky snakelike body!

By the way, do you realize how visually similar Denize the dragon is to a carnivorous plant? Not only does she have a long, snakellike body studded with dorsal spikes that look like thorns, she also has gaping jagged jaws capable of devouring someone!
