I'm SO upset! I'm on level 6 of Jelly Queen's event. I started my game & had only 1 move that I could make. The game wouldn't let me. It was blinking the 3 candies that I could move. All I could do was quit!

Candies froze - couldn't move
In level 1488, I started the game & couldn't move any candies after the first move. I was trying to complete a quest. I poked Nutcracker & he moved, but that was all I could do. I had to close that game & lose a life. What's up?

Video help for level 1494 has more moves than actual game
@JustPlaying, I watched the video for level 1494 to try to get some tips. But, again, the first thing that I noticed is that the video has 30 moves while my game actually has only 24. And, in the video, you had to use all 30 moves to beat the game. This is so frustrating!

I got the "Jam Challenge", but...
The "Jam Challenge" popped up on my game. On level 1453, it is fill in the jam game. However, after I completed it, I didn't get credit on the challenge.

I watched the video for level 1431to try to get some pointers. The video shows 30 moves while I only have 21 moves. So, how can I beat the level with only 21 moves?

I'm curious.. . Is it even possible to win this level w/o buying more moves? That's an awful lot of black sheep to have to get with the number of moves available.

Game froze
I was on level 1110, trying to beat the "Superstars". Game froze up. I couldn't make any move except closing it. Lost a life. I took this screenshot before I closed it. Why did this happen?

Why do we get sent back to the level we're on?
I like to go back to certain levels when I'm completing quests. And,some of the levels are quite a ways back! So now, no matter if you win or lose, the game sends you back to your current level.
