Is it possible to have my purple gems reimbursed?

I was most certain that I had 121 purple Crystal's, if not, it was close to that number. Anyways, when I logged back in to the game several hours later I noticed I had 35 purple crystals. I was so disappointed to see this as I was saving to buy the disco skin.

Apart from this issue I have loved the game so far, and hope to have this issue resolved as it has made me lose slight motivation to play the game.
