Last season my team came in about 5th in ranking but almost all of my members left. We achieved that even with around 13 members. I'm usually the most active on the team but even if you can contribute a little thats perfectly fine. I'm not asking you to grind for points and be extremely active but to have fun and play when you want to because I will focus on keeping us in the higher ranks even if I have to do it by myself.

My idea is to create a team without rules or restrictions so everyone feels comfortable contributing whether you just started playing the game or you're a seasoned player.
