Hello. Had to go through quite a few hurdles to even post this. I pre-registered, joined the facebook group, tested the game, got the final game, had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it would say that there was a server issue when I tried to play the game past the tutorial, made a king account in the app which doesn't seem to transfer to the community site, so I made this account here, and I even bought the biker crash pack. My user ID for the beta testing was 12040019586 and my player id now according to the app is 12481528989. I'm just trying to get this skin. Device is an iphone 11 pro max.

I saw that post. I did the reset of the app. I still don’t have it. I try to do the support form like they said to, but I just keep getting the automatic response of “Post your question in the community.” Which is what I’m doing now. So I seem to just be going around in a giant loop.
