Game Freezes while doing Survival Run - Lost Tickets

Hello there!

I'd like to report that my game presents severe crashing during Survival Run.

Here's what is happening:

1.-I've already rebooted the phone's system.

2.-I've forced all secondary apps to be closed so the game can be runned smoothly.

3.-There's a moment when I earn 300+ trophies, and in this part is when the game starts crashing or freezing, and makes me lose all the earned trophies and my tickets and after that, I need to re-open the game without any saved progress. :(.

It happened to my more than three times during this week and I'd like to recover my tickets and see if there's any chance to get back the trophies or at least the tickets I've lost because of this issue.

@AGBandicoot94 - Are you experiencing a lot of crashes even on the 1.0.81 version in Survival runs? Also the performance issue, the studio will look into the mid-end phones now a bit more and they will do their best to fix the performance issues you are seeing. I assume you are seeing perf fluctuating between 45-60 fps and also going down to 30 fps. Making the phone kinda hot.

**However don't forget to give me your phone details and also your Player ID so i can pass this to the team**
