not getting the pack despite being charged

so i bought the pack with retro coco skin and soome crystals, got the confirmation message, then the game crashed. after i relaunced it i got offered a bigger pack, with the same skin, which i didnt get. i have both sms message and a mail confirmation that i got charged even though i didnt get anything. happened to somebod else?
