Long story short, my post which I wrote half an hour got deleted by mods (wonder why) it’s so hard to post links here on forums (it doesn’t allow you but just copy the link and paste it). The video I recorded shows exactly what’s going on with this game.

If you buy a special offer - skin, you get charged but you don’t receive your skin and in the shop there is the same skin priced much higher with crystals. Some people also don’t get Bandicoot Pass. But most people, like pretty much everyone, doesn’t get their legendary/epic skins after a purchase. It happened to me 2 times.

They want you to write a ticket to support, but support doesn’t respond, or responds after 5/6 days OR says that he didn’t get your mail with all the details about purchase. It happens to SOO MANY people just check lasts posts on forum, Retro Coco skin or KUPUNA-WA Skin.

I know it’s not supports fault but developers who can’t handle micro transactions in their own game. But support is doing an awful job also, so many people here experienced it (including me), complete lack of interest, disorganization, ghosting...

This game has so many bugs, crashes, glitches, cheaters, people who use infinity steps glitch to leaderboards is pointless... YOU CAN EVEN CHANGE TIME&DATE ON YOUR PHONE SO IT SPEEDS UP ALL PROGRESS AND SKIPS GRIND/TIME GATES. Like why would you even play this game anymore? How are we supposed to support you by buying microtransactions if you spit in our faces with these acts? HOLD OFF BUYING MICROTRANSACTIONS UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR SHTT
