I'm not getting my free ticket every day since I've change teams.

I've change my team before the servers reset & I still haven't got my ticket. Here is a video link to the video I uploaded to youtube.

To made to show my problem. I had to manual write the link because your website Will not allow me to post links atm I don't know why. PS I get that message every time I hit the ticket icon. I play on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7. I don't know if that could be a factor but there you go.

    Hello there!

    So the game has a mechanism that only gives free daily tickets if you have 9 or a lower amount. If you have 10 or more tickets the game will not let you claim more free tickets (to avoid people stacking 999+ tickets since they don't reset between seasons). If you have below 10 tickets but still don't receive daily tickets please tag me here so I can forward the issue.

    Right now I have no tickets & I've had 0 tickets for the past 2 days with no free tickets. I had 9 tickets atm one point but I was still having this problem after using them. I also this message

    even when I have tickets but I have no tickets at the moment. This bug has stopped me from getting my free ticket so I have had to play literally hours to get my trophies by doing resource runs.
