    Great, now I got a message from King telling me they never received my reply that I sent them two days ago. This is absurd. How is your system this bad?

    Happened to me as well, but they replied after 4 days. Just answer to that email with a screenshot - should help

    They still might not receive it. Their system is broken and they’re consistently not receiving replies with screenshots but they’re not bothering to notify customers and just operating like nothings wrong. Keep making tickets they actually reply pretty quickly, they’re just not getting emails like they’re supposed to

    They’re actually sometimes not receiving emails at all, I had to send mine (screenshots I mean) through a support ticket when after a full week of trying to explain that I HAD sent screenshots and I was TRYING to “cooperate” and “just follow our instructions please” but they weren’t getting ANY of my emails (including without attachments) they FINALLY understood (it was seriously torture, email after email saying stupid stuff like “oh you’re not getting our emails? Please reply immediately and confirm you’ve received this one” NO! You’re not getting MINE! I can’t confirm!! Hellooooooo or my other favorite “please follow directions and cooperate we can’t help you without screenshots” UGH IVE SENT THEM FIFTY TIMES) and guess what. I still don’t have my money back for the 320$ I was OVER charged, the items for the correct charge, and Apple is now processing a refund for the overcharges which they didn’t bother mentioning I needed to go through until torturing me for a week about screenshots I was TRYING to send

    They’re having issues but they’re not going to admit it or even understand that they’re not getting your replies unless you keep making tickets, they’re going to say “we haven’t heard from you” and might even close your ticket. You might have to explain several times, took me a full week of explaining the SAME problem through tickets (that none of my emails were getting through) and I STILL don’t have my money back or the missing items

    I’m not putting in another request I’ve already done that, I’m not going to be messed around, I’ve requested and reported to apple and given a 1 star ⭐️ this is unacceptable, they haven’t even issued a statement WARNING people and are still happily taking peoples money will this issue persists.

    I have also left a 1star review but it doesn’t seem to be showing up.

    How do you report to apple? I was looking into that, i would like to do the same. I think King’s practices here are well beyond neglect here straight into dishonest and I think app stores should know they’re taking money but not helping customers.

    Maldonado the reply you got states they don’t work weekends? I think that’s patently untrue, I’ve gotten replies over the weekend even when I expected to have to wait until Monday. The problem isn’t that they’re overloaded, or that they’re not working weekends. The problem is that they’re not warning customers that replies aren’t getting through, their own support people don’t seem to know that and are obnoxious to customers as a result. They’re asking for screenshots and info that they have no way of receiving from some people because their support system is unacceptably broken and they’re not even admitting it to let people know to try other means.

    there are no excuses for this level of disregard for customers’ time and money.

    Seems I am too on the carousel from hell. I just got another email from them saying that they have not received any of my emails and that I need to respond to the email itself. WHICH IS WHAT IVE BEEN DOING THIS ENTIRE TIME.


    I sent another screenshot, yet again directly through email, and if it doesn’t work this time I’m getting a refund from Apple. This is just stupid.

    Yeah they should know by now that customer replies aren’t getting through. They’ll probably close your case saying “we haven’t heard from you so everything must be fine”. You can keep making tickets telling them you’ve replied, but even explaining EVERY time it took a full week of nonsense (“oh you’re not getting our emails? Reply to this email immediately to confirm you received this one”NOPE. NOT THE PROBLEM. I LITERALLY CANT DID YOU READ?!? “We can’t help you unless you cooperate. Please follow instructions we already sent you “ AGAIN, HELLO?!?!? I HAVE?!?!? FIFTY TIMES?!?! BUT THANKS FOR THE ATTITUDE) only for someone to eventually say they can’t give refunds, only apple can (I was overcharged for a one time purchase; I was charged 9 times when I could only ever have gotten one bundle on sale), but still asking for screenshots — but this time I sent thru links in tickets in game. So after I followed directions (requested refund for 8 out of 9 charges for the same purchase thru apple) I got another email this time asking what I wanted them to do if I already contacted apple. I want to tear my hair out. No one pays any attention or reads messages. I want the items I paid for that I didn’t get from the bundle, I want the additionally overcharged $320 back (8x40), and I want my steps and gems back from other glitches. You know what I have? Bupkis.
