Got an email that told me they put 565 crystals on my account and that did go through. So that’s nice. Nothing about the skin though. Unsure if this is meant to be a compensation for the skin itself or for the trouble. Hopefully they will also restore the skin as I think Retro Coco can only be bought with

Got another email which seems to clarify that they have no idea how to restore the skin and likely won’t be able to:
”Our team is actively looking for ways to be able to manually add the skin and to avoid similar issues going forward, but at the moment I'm afraid we are unable to add Retro Coco from our end.”
So I guess that’s that.

I also purchased the 2.99 retro skin for Coco. I completed two separate support tickets: one with pending payment receipt and the other with the processed payment after one week no response back. Glad to see I’m not the only one this happened too, but still disappointed that I’m being ignored by the support response team. Player Id:12471387198

I finally heard back after radio silence purchasing the Retro Coco skin with 250 crystals and not receiving it in game. I sent over my ticket and follow up yesterday with attached pictures of receipts getting no response.
Today I opened up a new ticket and bounced between two people with the end result being 700 crystals gifted. I guess it's better than nothing but I only bought the bundle for the skin and it doesn't show up in my shop. Between the time spent getting it handled and immediately having the ticket closed out after they compensated me the crystals with no room for input from me whether I was fine I'm pretty irritated.

Bought Kupuna-Wa, game crashed immediately on purchase, my bank account was charged but I didn't get the skin. Been waiting 3 days for a reply from support nothing but radio silence so far.
It's funny to me how the player support associate in this thread keeps talking about sending them your player ID and purchase receipts in screenshots when the contact form doesn't have any way to actually send those... you'd think a company as big as king would allow you to attach an attachment to a support inquiry??
