Better communication
Better communication from the social media team, or whom ever is in charge, to update the players and let them know of major bugs and glitches and just in general what is going on, will go a long way in building trust and a relationship with the player, customer.
the error with purchasing has been known for a week and no updates from the people in charge and letting people continue to purchase skins is not how you build a trustworthy relationship.
and then the crashes and glitches, to let players know what is going on for example tweet
“there is a known issue with the game crashing on survival run we are working on fixing it now”
And
”we are having issues with emails at the moment not receiving players responses”
instead of leaving people in the dark and confused what is going on.
