Leaving team (unfair)

I dont like if i leave my current team i cant carry all my trophies to another. How do i know my leader will be inactive, because of this i suffer. 50% of team is inactive and i contributed 17k trophies. How do i know at start of the season all of guild will do nothing? This will maybe work if i wait 1 week and see team is active and then i will make decision if is a point to contribute a trophies to this team.

Now is after 1 week i will lose 17k trophies and no one will take me to the team with 0 trophies. Waiting all season to change ledaer is ridicoulus.

there is 3 options:

1) give Opportunity to leave team once during season with all contributed trophies to another team if leader is inactive 1/2 weeks

2) giving other members chance to deleate inactive members (giving someone coleader)

3) like in 1) point give this oportunity for gems, even if leader is active and players dont contribute trophies as many as me (for example 80% guild contribute 300 trophies and i 20k)

Situation in my team. Ledaer 0 points, half team inactive. And i cant do nothing, how do i know at start of the season they will leave have. Leader dont even save game and he Lost account. And i stuck here.
