I finished the game too. Meanwhile, i recommend you to start collecting upgrade parts (alpha, beta, omega, delta) and cyrstals for upcoming labs (or whatever else is coming). I did stashed 100 upgrade parts each like this. And spending crystals to useful skins. That leftover 800 silo capacity is good enough to collecting parts and making weapons.
