I have been softbanned, and I have never even tried to cheat. Support is being MADDENINGLY unwilling to help. All they do is email me back with the same 4 or 5 copy/paste responses, and we get nowhere.
My team has been very patient, but I can't really expect them to carry a zero-trophy-player forever.
What is the response you get?
The following is directly from their email:
"I understand this regarding the issue you have been encountering where trophies do not count in your team correct? I will try to assist you the best I can. We actively keep an eye on our players and when necessary we take action to ensure the game is fair and balanced for all. Unfortunately, we detected that some of your activities in the past may not have followed the rules of the game. This means that your Crash trophies will not be visible to your team.
I'm sorry to hear that you're not having the best experience with Crash Bandicoot: On the Run at the moment. Your experience and enjoyment of our games are of the utmost importance to us. I completely understand your frustration regarding this outcome, however, please note our in-game cheater detection system is very robust, and we are constantly working to improve it. We cannot go into further details about how our detection system works due to the risk of exploitation. Therefore we are confident with our decision and will not be reviewing this action."
It just sucks because I didn't do anything wrong, I never tried to get an unfair advantage, and I certainly never cheated. Still, because something I did got me flagged by their digital detective, I don't even get a chance to get a fair shake? They won't even tell me how long I have to wait.
There has to be someone I can actually talk to that is willing to listen. There are enough other frustrated players like me that it should make them consider looking into addressing this. I didn't even know it was a thing.

Yea i have the same problem...i got soft banned for 2+ months and i get similar automated messages from support...season changed and still my trophies dont count, i haven't cheated and when i ask what are the activities they think i did that dont follow the rules they dont give any specific answers...they cant even tell for how long the soft ban will remain

They checked your IDs and your account. There are a lot of things they keep track of...
At the launch they had false positivies but after a lot of data and feedback the system is working as intended.
So are they saying that false positives NEVER happen? I have never tried to cheat, nor would I even know how. This has been one of the most surreal and frustrating experiences that I have ever had with a Customer Service group. I honestly don't even know what to say, so let me ask you: how does someone in my position explain that there has been a mistake? How can I prove it?
*Also, still after all this time, nobody has told me when this madness ends.

Did you run on a specific map and got a huge amount of steps? If so, then that's why you're banned or as they call it "softbanned".
@Peti321 - Who at King can I contact to actually talk to about this? There has to be a rational person there somewhere...

I didn't say you broke a rule just the reason of your ban. I do not justify their ban, especially when they give these kind of answers. They think you are a cheater because their anti-cheat system probably can't detect the moves of a player and a cheater. It probably counts the steps only and if you pass a certain amount you are banned. They simply don't care enough to make their anti-cheat better.
@QueenMia - What can I do? I keep hitting dead ends, and my team really needs me! Please help!

To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
